Coriander ground

The fragrance of coriander seeds, ground or whole, is totally different from that of coriander leaves. This spice is popular in most of the world’s cuisines (Indian, African, Greek, Middle Eastern) for its subtle lemony taste. It is used on grilled meats, often combined with black pepper, in marinades or in sauces.
