Ingredients:

BASE

1/4 cup (65 mL) plain Greek yogourt

1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise

1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil

 

PROVENÇALE

2 tsp (10 mL) Provençale sea salt

2 tbsp (30 mL) chili sauce

Ground pepper

 

CITRUS

1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard

2 tsp (10 mL) Citrus blend

1 tsp (5 mL) lime juice

 

SPICY

1 tbsp (15 mL) chili sauce

1 tsp (5 mL) honey

2 tsp (10 mL) Ras El Hanout

1 tsp (5 mL) Tandoori Masala

 

DRIED TOMATOES & BASIL

2 tbsp (30 mL) ketchup

1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard

2 tsp (10 mL) Dried Tomatoes & Basil blend

1 clove of garlic, chopped

Preparation

In a bowl, combine base ingredients and desired seasoning. Keep cool until serving.
