2 fully ripe avocados
1/4 cup (65 mL) 35% cream
2 tbsp (30 mL) nut oil
Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp (10 mL) Citrus blend
3 drops of green Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Purée avocados, cream, oil and lime juice until smooth.
Add Citrus blend and Tabasco sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well. Set aside in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
