Ingredients
- 600 g AAA flank steak
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- Piri-piri roasted spice mix
- 1 tbsp = mild
- 2 tbsp = spicy
- 3 tbsp = hot
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey and spices.
- Coat meat and let rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat barbecue to 400 °F (205 °C). Oil the grill.
- Cook steaks about 5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or continue cooking to desired doneness. To ensure tenderness, steak must be served medium rare.
