Ingredients
- 2 fully ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) 35% cream
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) nut oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Citrus blend
- 3 drops of green Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Purée avocados, cream, oil and lime juice until smooth.
- Add Citrus blend and Tabasco sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well. Set aside in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
