Salmon seasoning, maple and fleur de sel

RECIPE
Adjust oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Place salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush balsamic vinegar onto salmon, dribble with vegetable oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake fish for about 10 to 12 minutes or until a thin white protein coat starts to form on its surface.
Broil for about 2 minutes.
