Roasted potato seasoning
Cut unpeeled, washed potatoes into slices 1 cm (0.5 in) thick.
Adjust oven rack to the middle position and heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, drizzle potatoes with vegetable oil (canola, peanut or olive) and mix to coat.
Spread slices evenly on baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, or until tender.
Place baking sheet on a trivet, flip roasted potatoes, sprinkle seasoning to taste and serve.
Ingredients: sea salt, sesame seeds, spices, lemon peel, onion, garlic, citric acid, canola oil, natural and artificial flavors.
Contains: sesame seeds.
